Day 01 Yangon
Arrive Yangon International Airport. Complimentary transfer to hotel. Sightseeing
tour by client’s individual program. Lunch and dinner to own account.
Overnight at Panorama hotel in Yangon. (The old colonial-style city center
including the gilded SULE PAGODA, dating back over 2,000 years and Kandawgyi
Lake with the KARAWEIK HALL, a royal floating barge. SHWEDAGON PAGODA, one
of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments, rises 98 meters above
its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold)
Day 02 Yangon – Pyay
In the morning, start overland drive (280 km / 6 hrs) to Pyay ( Sri
Ksetra ) by local Bus. Lunch and dinner to own account and overnight at
Sweet Golden Land Motel in Pyay.(Pyay is situated near the ancient capital
of Sri Ksetra, where extensive archaeological excavations have taken place.

Day 03 Pyay – Bagan
In the morning, after visit local market and city center, drive (380 k/8
hrs) to Bagan by Local Bus. (Client will have chance to proceed for brief
sunset sightseeing on the ancient monument in Bagan.) Lunch and dinner to
own account and overnight at Silver Moon Hotel in Bagan.
Day 04 Bagan
Sightseeing by client’s own plan. Lunch and dinner to own account.
Overnight at Silver Moon Hotel in Bagan. (Local market, most important
pagodas and temples such as SHWEZIGON PAGODA, built by King Anawrahta in the
early 11th century, GU BYAUK GYI, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka
scenes, KHAY MIN GA TEMPLE, noted for its spectacular panoramic view of the
area’s many monuments and ANANDA TEMPLE with four huge standing Buddha
images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior.
Please take an experience with a lacquer craftmen’s workshop in near
MYINKABA village and sightseeing to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in mon style in
1059, NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the
palace of King Manuha and MYINGABA GU BYAUKGYI TEMPLE, noted for its ancient
Day 05 Bagan – Mandalay
Continue transfer (290 km / 6 hrs) to Mandalay by local bus. Lunch and
dinner to own account. Overnight at Hongta Hotel in Mandalay. (In Amarapura,
MAHAGANDAYON, a famous Buddhist monastery where more than a thousand monks
live and study. Continue to 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge built in 1782 at
the time when Amarapura was the royal capital. BAGAYA MONASTERY with a
superb collection of Buddha statues. Stop at a traditional hand-weaving silk
Day 06 Mandalay
Free sightseeing tour by client. Lunch and dinner to own account.
Overnight at Hongta Hotel in Mandalay. (MAHAMUNI PAGODA with its spectacular
Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves, SHWE INBIN, one of
the most outstanding monasteries in the country, SHWE NAN DAW KYAUNG or
GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building
and KUTHODAW PAGODA, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729
marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. To get a visit is also made
to a jetty to observe daily life at the river. Don’t miss Sunset from
Day 07 Mandalay – Yangon
Leisure day in Mandalay. In the afternoon/evening, transfer to Railway
station to get your train to Yangon. Overnight on the train.
Day 08 Yangon – Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock)
Yangon to Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) 280 km / 6 hrs, by local Bus. Lunch
and dinner to own account and overnight at Pann Myo Thu Guest House near
Golden Rock. (B)

Day 09 Kyaikhtiyo – Bago – Yangon
Return to Yangon by local Bus via short visit Bago (if possible), Lunch
and dinner to own account and overnight at Panorama Hotel in Yangon.
Day 10 Yangon Departure
Our car and guide will be at clients’ disposal for further sightseeing
or shopping, opportunity to visit Bogyoke (Scott’s) Market until departure
by international flight.
